The second round of local elections in Kosovo, the election campaign begins on November 3

The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Kosovo has set the election campaign for the second round of local elections to be held from November 3, 2025 to November 9, 2025, until 06:59.

The second round of local elections will be held in the following cities: Gjakova, Gjilan, Dragash, Kaçanik, Klina, Fushë Kosovë, South Mitrovica, Obiliq, Rahovec, Peja, Pristina, Prizren, Suhareka, Viti, Vushtrri, Junik, Mamushë and Kllokot.

The Central Election Commission (CEC) has announced that from October 27 to November 8, 2025, the period for postal voting in the second round of the elections for Mayors is open.

According to the media release, this process enables 29,712 citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, successfully registered to vote abroad, to exercise their right to vote on time.
