“Air Kosova” will soon start flights to Kukes Airport

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama announced that the new airline “Air Kosova” will soon start flights to Kukës.

He said that the company has been registered since January of this year and is working to secure the aircraft.

“For those who say that this is a ‘fake’ flight that is being made for propaganda and then the airport will remain like Kukes. That airport has had its own challenge in securing operators, there are problems with the landing corridor, it is not a simple airport. An ‘icebreaker’ that will prove that that airport is worth it has not been found in time. We will soon have a new Albanian company that will start flights at Kukes airport. ‘Air Kosova’ will be this company, with two aircraft of our common pride”, declared Rama.

“The company was registered in January of this year and is working to secure the planes. I will not give a date because I have learned that the dates I give bring in the evil eye,” Rama added.
