Fox News Digital investigation identifies 101 organizations in a “red-and-green” protest ecosystem spanning 9 countries
The political theater of “Chaos Inc.” is preparing for a “rebellion… that is sweeping Europe.” Two days after an estimated 500 demonstrators flooded the streets of France and clashes left parts of Paris and other cities in flames, French activists are calling on supporters to return to the streets on Saturday, October 24, for a new protest called “Acte II.” According to a digital map of the plans, 212 “mobilizations” are currently planned. Meanwhile, a growing number of communist, socialist and radical left organizations are answering another call for a coordinated youth revolt across Europe on Friday, November 20.
A Fox News Digital investigation has now identified 101 organizations in nine countries, including the United States, that are coordinating, organizing or amplifying the protests in Europe, forming a growing protest ecosystem. Their number has grown from 54 organizations identified on Monday.

Most of these groups are run by adults, while only 33 organizations, or one in three, are run by students or youth. They represent a convergence point of the “red-green” alliance, which unites Islamist organizations, symbolized by the color green, with radical left, communist, and socialist groups, represented by the color red. The network also includes groups that openly use the name “Antifa,” such as “Action AntiFa16,” an organization that described itself as such in the announcement of the “Acte II” protest in Angoulême, France. On the other side of the Atlantic, leaders of the American branch of “Chaos Inc.” are echoing the protests.
Academic Hatem Bazian, from the University of California at Berkeley, founder of Palestinian anti-Israel organizations including “Students for Justice in Palestine” and “American Muslims for Palestine”, has shared videos from the protests.
Highlighting the complex ties of the “red-green” alliance, Bazian drew parallels between the riots of October 17 this year in Paris, the explosions at Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza on October 17, 2023, and the October 17, 1961 protests in Paris, organized by Algerian demonstrators, which ended in a bloody and deadly confrontation with the police. Hamas officials blamed Israel for the casualties at the hospital, while Israel attributed the explosion to a rocket fired from inside Gaza by Palestinian Islamic Jihad that had deviated from its trajectory. Bazian did not respond to a request for comment.
The unrest in Europe is also receiving support and echoes from a network of pro-communist organizations, including BreakThrough News, CodePink, and the Party for Socialism and Liberation.
These organizations are funded and supported by Neville Roy Singham, an American-born tech mogul who lives in Shanghai and has expressed support for a “new world order” of the Chinese Communist Party and Chinese President Xi Jinping. On Tuesday afternoon, BreakThrough News plans to host an online discussion, with a title that reflects the way this media is portraying the unrest:

“EUROPE’S YOUTH UPRISING”.
“A rebellion is sweeping Europe,” declared BreakThrough News. “From student barricades in France, to housing protest camps in Spain, to Albanians marching to save their coastline from Jared Kushner, Generation Z is rising up against economic austerity, ever-higher rents, and governments that pour money into weapons and war, instead of investing it in their future,” the outlet wrote.
BreakThrough News said the protests had spread “from Paris and Madrid to Lisbon and Tirana” and announced that France-based journalist Rafael Karoubi would join moderators Rania Khalek and Zoe Alexandra to explain “what is driving this uprising.” In France, organizers are using the website 17octobregiletjaune.net to coordinate logistics, communications and participants in their protests. According to Internet records, the domain was registered on September 15 by an anonymous user. In the face of travel bans and security measures imposed against the protests by French President Emmanuel Macron, the site’s organizers have put forward a new demand: “Macron must go and make way for the people!”
The leaders are coordinating their efforts through a Telegram channel, where they share logistical details and professionally prepared, ready-to-use graphic materials. After “Acte II,” they have planned another action on October 31, called “Acte III,” which will include “yellow vests, demonstrations, and protests at roundabouts, all over France.” Other actions are planned for November 5 and 14.

The calendar also includes events for April 3, 2027, under the name “Noisy Spring,” and May 29, 2027, under the name “Day Against Agrochemistry.” The designated location for these events is “Anywhere in France.” For the November 20 action, another group of radical left organizations is promoting the “International Youth Strike” via a website, calling for “demonstrations,” “walkouts,” “assemblies,” “actions,” “blockades and occupations.” Their manifesto declares that “the exploitation of workers, climate collapse, and war are not failures of the system, but constitute the very essence of capitalism.”
In a press release, the organizers emphasize that the fight against “militarization, rearmament, economic austerity and imperialism” is inseparable from the economic system that supports these phenomena and call for “radical change of the system.”
The British organization Socialist Students, which describes itself as an organization building student resistance for “socialist change,” says it will participate in the November 20 strike, “in coordination with 30 other European youth and student groups.”
A Socialist Students appeal calls on young people to join “a movement for socialist change”, while another campaign statement proclaims: “Our fight for socialism is based on Marxism”, arguing that “workers and young people must actively fight and organise”.
According to online records, the domain youthstrike.org was registered on August 2 by an unidentified person.
