It sounds like a Hollywood fantasy, but an American company is close to making flying cars a reality. This vehicle is called the Alef Model Zero and is capable of taking off from a place while traveling on the road to avoid long lines that block traffic. This project is being developed by the California-based company Alef Aeronautics.
Its leaders say the vehicle is made of a very light material that allows it to take off in an instant. According to them, the most important step of taking off in flight has been achieved, but work is being done to eliminate any risk from using this technology in vehicles in the future. The firm aims to sell this technology to American automotive giants.
